We love turquoise - who doesn't? Treasured throughout the world since antiquity for its vivid and variable blue-green hue, turquoise is viewed as a master healer, a protective stone and is valued simply for its beauty.

This is the pinnacle of American turquoise - vivid sky blue, minimal matrix, glossy and durable! The Sleeping Beauty mine has been closed for a few years, but the turquoise it produced is legendary, and stashes of the stuff keep turning up under beds and in closets.

We've got two strands of these, one rather chunky and the other more delicate. Maximum dimension is about 7mm and the overall length per strand is 16".
